Wear Plates for different applications in Cement plant.

Ecorporates provide wear resistant plates which show excellent features for Anti-Abrasion, Anti-Corrosion, Anti-Impact and High Toughness. These plates are used widely in industry for solving challenging wear problem. e.g. conveying applications, pipes, liners, protecting covers, hoppers, buckets, apron feeder, liner bushings, liners for truck-beds, dozer blades, shovel buckets, dragline buckets and excavators, dredging pipes and pumps, vibrating screen plates, coal handling chutes, coal feeder liners etc.

Chromium Carbide Overlay Wear Plate

We provide customized Chromium Carbide Overlay Wear Plates which are manufactured under highest standards and computerized hardfacing. The overlay wear plates are recommended for use in components subjected to high abrasion and medium impact, e.g. chutes, sieves, conveying channels, pipes, liners, fan coats, protecting covers, hoppers, liner bushings.
The wear plates are available in different dimensions and thickness to suit your requirements. Moreover, the plates can be customized by cutting, bending and drilling as per drawing.
